fstep is targeting to train high caliber graduates from both local and foreign institutes of higher learning and qualified mature persons who are working in the non-financial sector. Those interested in growing a career and becoming significant players in the industry are encouraged to apply.

The Program

Programme Structure
- fstep provides a 1-year intensive training in banking and insurance, including Islamic banking and takaful.
- The comprehensive modules include simulation, workshops, case studies, financial institutions visits, and internship attachment with financial institutions.
- Participants also undergo personal development programs, outward bound activities and involve in community projects that are aimed at developing creative, innovative and well-rounded individuals.

- Monthly scholarship of RM 2,200.
